Virtual Showroom for Pre-Construction: How to Sell Without a Model Unit

In pre-construction your buyer decides without being able to walk in. A virtual showroom lets them walk your building from their phone —the facade, their floor, their residence, the view and the price— before it exists. What a Pre-Construction Virtual Showroom Is
It is your development’s sales center, open in the buyer’s browser. Not a single render and not a PDF: the whole building, walkable floor by floor, with every residence in its place, its floor plan, its real view and its availability kept current.
Unlike a model unit, it reaches everyone: the buyer in another city, the one who sees your ad at eleven at night, and the broker who forwards it on WhatsApp. And there is nothing to build or furnish.
